Episode 1: Whenua
In this episode we focus on whenua, the land. Everything that happens on land ripples into the moana. In this episode we talk to Charmaine Bailie and Dan Hikuroa about the impact of what we do on land, and how the ripple effect of raising the mauri of the whēnua helps to heal the moana as well. Everything is interconnected and all of us can play a part in doing better on behalf of Te Taiao.
Episode 2: Tangata
In this episode we focus on tangata, the people. We spend time with activist and community leader Bianca Ranson to see just how important it is to take action to care for Te Taiao and the wider community around us. We march, make good trouble, and enact change through collection work.
Episode 3: Moana
In this episode we focus on moana, the ocean. We spend time with Nicola MacDonald and rangatahi committed to understanding, helping, and healing the Hauraki Gulf through intentional action and education. When we know more we can do more, and this episode dives deep into solutions for the gulf.
